Guitar Maintenance and Guitar Set Up
Guitar Neck Adjustment or Truss Rod Adjustment- Pick up your guitar and hold the body of the guitar up to a light. Take a look from the body up the neck. Usually if you hold it up to a light source you will notice if your guitar neck is bowed or not. Most guitars have a neck adjuster at the top of the guitar (the headstock of the guitar). Depending on the type of guitar you can adjust the truss rod that is in the center of your neck. Usually a hex wrench is needed for this task. Try adjusting the truss rod to improve bow of the neck. A little bo...

Here's How:
Reset all fine tuning screws located on the bridge to a middle position.
Remove the sixth string from your guitar. To do this, loosen the 'string-lock screw' located at the back side of your bridge using an allen key. The string-lock screws are the screws that run parallel to the body of your guitar.
After several counter-clockwise turns, the string should pop free from the bridge.
Using an allen key, loosen the 'nut clamping block' (the part of the guitar where the neck meets the headstock) that covers the sixth and fifth string.
Once the nut clamping block is loosened, ...

HI all. Well , i've had my IKmultimedia "Stealthplug" (IKmultimedia.com) unit for about a week, so here's an update. The Stealhplug is a simplified guitar-to-pc package , which consists of a guitar cable - one end is standard 1/4" , and the other end is a USB connect plug. The interface for this is a wedge shaped deal grafted in the cable about a foot from the guitar end, and has 2 "+ - " vulume buttons , and a 1/8" jack for headphones , or other monitoring source. The software bundle includes The "Amplitube ATL 2 live" guitar amp / effects modeler, Mackie's "Tacktion 2.0" recorder / sequence...

Years ago when I was at college my parents bought me a Kemble. It sounds dead now, it's lost all of its life and so although it gave me much joy, it isn't really a piano I would buy myself.
Although I don't know what their new ones are like. This was 12-15 years ago now.
One piano I would deffinately like is a Bösendorfer. These can actually have up to 97 keys as opposed to the standard 88. It's a monster of an instrument.
Jools Holland is often seen playing one.
I'd go for one of those.
